What I was talking about is an amendment to limit the power of the federal govt. I suppose that it would make sense to do a legal challenges first, so we could see what basis the courts would use to deny those challenges.
Well we kinda already have that...It is enumerated in that thing called the Constitution...
Something that a lot of elected officials seem to forget about when it is convienient for them, not us...
What we need to do is wrestle back control and steer the ship, and remind them that they are only the engine room...
Another thing they forget when it is convienient...
I say fire them all down there and get a new gang of coal shovelers...
We have been trying to do that for a long time. I hope Obamacare will make that possible.
We may be pleasantly surprised...But I am not going to hold my breath because I believe there are TOO many conservatives that have short memories, and they buy too much into moderate candidates...
Lessee if I can come up with some more stuff to hack people off..
Because in reality, I really want to be proven wrong...But there are just some feckless people out there that even with all of this going on are spaghetti spines, and too intellectually lazy and too accepting of certain people running for office...
See, that ought to do it...
