Stupak is in the drivers seat right now and that's his concern.
I mean if the House passes the Senate bill they are voting for the special kickbacks in it, the cuts in Medicare, the destruction of military health plans, IRS enforcement etc.
If I were a congressman, I'd be really worried about how that was going to get thrown at me.
