How so? If the reconciliation thingy can't go through, it doesn't stop them from passing the current Senate version. I've assumed the reconciliation thing is largely a fig leaf anyway. Is there something else brewing?

I hope so..but with the thugs running things, they will just continue to break the rules at every point of order and over-rule them. It might set it up for the Supreme Court challenge though.
