Each and every Republican in the House could walk out and they would still be able to hold and pass a Quorum Call where a simple majority of the body, one-half of 435, 217 is all that is needed and there are more Dems then that. In fact due to empty seats 216 would do it.
They can and do ignore the Republican memebers.
Dang, well then we should all walk out anyway...imagine the pictures of the Dems standing there all alone, passing their crap sandwich of hellthcare...
