With respect, a Bill of Attainder is singling out 1 human being or corporate organization for de-funding or for some other penalty.
E.g. ACORN gets no funding.
OR
Sylvester Stallone shall get no money from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
De-funding ObamaCare doesn’t single out anyone. It just says we’re not funding a broad range of coercive activity, that would otherwise target countless individuals and businesses.

What I’m saying is, if a federal judge does not see it the same way, (referencing Eastern Dist NY/ Dec 11 injunction stopping Congress’s bill to defund ACORN) then my and your opinion are of no consequence.
Kind of like the majority of Americans’ opinions regarding this HCR debacle being of no consequence either.
