Marking for tomorrow. Night all, Sharpton’s socialism comments sent me over the edge. Their arrogance and gloating is allowing the truth to flow. Hubby knows I’m losing it yelling at the tv and computer. Need a break for my mental health (but I keep coming back to catch up on the thread)! The FR addiction!
I’m glad I didn’t see that (I have a movie on), but I’m not at all surprised. It makes sense for most Blacks to want Socialism — most are poor, live in inner cities, and have been told for decades that “whitey” is keeping them down. Of COURSE they’re for Socialism — they’re OWED all this stuff, and they get to sleep soundly in the knowledge that they’re making evil “whitey” pay for it.
I came to the conclusion that a lot of black folks can be just as civil, polite, and cordial as anyone else, but when it comes to the ballot box, they’ll screw me over just the same — just like my liberal relatives.
My liberal relatives are OUT of my will. So what does that tell you about how I feel about people who aren’t related?
