CNN Claim: John Lewis Called a N*****, Barney Frank Called Sexual Slur by Tea Party Protesters

CNN's Capitol Hill correspondent Dana Bash is reporting that Rep. John Lewis (D-GA), a black Congressman who is a Civil Rights era icon, was called a "n*****" by Tea Party protesters gathered on Capitol Hill today to rally against the Democrat's healthcare bill.

Bash also reported Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) was called a slur related to his homosexuality by Tea Party protesters.

No video so far of either incident.

Bash did note that the most constant and resonant words of the Tea Party protesters were "Kill the bill!" And that that chant was inescapable on the Hill today.

Was it the same CNN crew that supposedly heard people at a McCain rally shouting, “Kill Him!” when McCain mentioned Obama’s name during the campaign, that no other news crews or people at the rally heard?

I’m sure this did happen, but we have to realize that the Tea Party rally is the size of a small city! What propagandists do when they cover these protests is focus in on the most radical elements to harm the credibility of the crowd’s cause. I’m sure these reporters went into the crowd looking for the most controversial things to report on, and they probably found them.
