All I could hear was “Kill the Bill!” After reaading your post, I went back to watch the video again and listened at :45. I hear what you’re saying. It did sound similar, but it was unintelligible, so I really couldn’t tell what he was saying.
I can't hear it and we certainly would have if, as was reported, it was said 15 TIMES.
