35 other states will file either their own Constitutional Amendments or lawsuits.
Even Democrat run states know they can't afford 16 million more Medicaid then added 12 million illegals that Obama will allow Medicaid.
Obama claims that the Feds will cover it till 2016 but then it will be solely the state's responsibility.
