Won't the new tax be taken out of ones payroll check? Then how are the opt out STATE's going to stop this?
I can't see any protection against the FEDs. Hope I'm wrong.
I guess the first thing the courts will have to do is place a temporary injunction against the Feds from enforcing the penalties pending the outcome of the lawsuit.
