I am always of the opinion that you can’t trust a democrat to do the right thing. Thus, I look upon this negatively.

Obama is using ex.order on stupak so that the bill doesn’t have to have changes...thus avoiding going back to the senate for another vote. It is illegal for Bo to do that and attorneys will and are ready to sue if he does use Ex. order for this. This was spoken on the house flore a little while ago.
They’ve said all day that an EO “isn’t worth the paper it’s written on” (agreed).
And yet they cave for just an EO and a few minutes to bleet on the floor?!!
If they fall for this, the whole thing’s been a sham from the get go, and they never planned to do anything other than vote for it in the first place.
