Frankly, I don’t want Kalifornia to join in.
Everybody would be better off if the US were to sell off Kalifornia to the Chinese to pay off the national debt. It would be a win-win exchange. Most Kalis want to be communist, so PRC sovereignty should suit them. The US government resolve a good portion of its national debt. The Chinese would get some real estate rather than paper of dubious quality. And the rest of us would be rid of Hollywood liberals and California communists.
Orange County might object, so maybe it would have to be carved out in a new Orange Free State.
I once lived in California, and I can tell you that millions of people there are conservatives.
California has 58 counties, and two-thirds of them went “red” in the last two presidential elections.
The coastal counties are the blue lib counties and, unfortunately, that is where a majority of the state’s population lives. That’s how dims carry California in presidential races (since 1992).....the state went Republican before that, except for 1964.
California is the state that gave us Ronald Reagan and Free Republic. I say we take it back from the rats, rather than give it to the Chicoms.
Friend, there are a lot more red counties in California, than blue. If you want to carve out just the red parts, you'd wind up with most of the state intact.
Get outside California's major population centers, and it's a lot like any other flyover country in the nation.
