It most likely will not sink the bill becuase the pro-death Stupaks will not change their votes...but the motion will force them ON RECORD CLEARLY AND UNDENIABLY as having voted FOR Federal funding of abortion and this move will very likely SINK their bids for re-election in Nov.
doesnt this take it from the Senate straight to the president to be signed??? house wont have to vote again.
