Virginia’s AG (Cuccinelli) is going to sue also. He says Virginia can fast track their suit. He called the process by a name but I don’t remember what that is.
Ken Cuccinelli is one of my favorites. He has the fire in the belly like Chris Christie in NJ.
Thanks and hopefully he can fast track the case. We need to get it thrown out like McCain-Feingold got thrown out.
