1. You are young and don’t want health insurance? You are starting up a small business and need to minimize expenses, and one way to do that is to forego health insurance? Tough. You have to pay $750 annually for the “privilege.” (Section 1501)

No to worry! Now you can be a slacker and have your parents pick up your insurance bill until you're 26.

Well when it gets implemented I’m signing up for lots of preventative care. Does it include messages and acupuncture? Also I think I will need substance abuse treatment even if I don’t use, and anger management treatment which I really will need. Also, I will be depressed and need therapy and lots of psych drugs which I may forget to take. Economic terrorism will accelerate the collapse. We may have to tear it all down before we can rebuild our nation.

You either go out of business, or lower your wages and raise your product prices... ok, so you go out of business.

You’re a single guy without children? Tough, your policy must cover pediatric services.

Also the insurance companies must charge men and women the same exact amount, redistributing wealth from men to women as women have higher medical costs. On car insurance though, women will continue to enjoy lower premiums. Heads women win, tails men lose.

Last week one of the White House press pukes asked Gibbs about the "gun control provision" in the hc bill and I haven't been able to find anyone who knows anything about this.

Anyone know?

One question: how about minortities? Do they have to pay for it AT ALL? They get it now and don't pay, so I was just wondering.

If not, we - the working people - will just be paying to get the "poor" off medicare and into the government "cadillac" plan.

One thing is for sure, obama wasn't lying to Joe the Plumber...redistribution is rampant.

When you rob Peter to pay Paul...Paul will always be glad and love the robber....

Our local talk show on KSEV hosted by Texas Senator Dan Patrick was talking about the 4% tax on proceeds from the sale of private residences and the 3.8% tax on passive income - ahhhhh Obamacare - the gift that keeps on giving!

Several years ago I sold my house and moved 75 miles. The first several years I traveled 90 miles for primary care appointments. The last 6 months I have been looking for a new primary care physician and have not have much success . Most doctors in this area are not accepting new patients.

Imagine 30 million new patients with insurance plans that pay the providers 60% of the treatment cost. there will be no doctors accepting new patients and they will all end up back in the ER for primary care. The good news is we get this for only 940 billion.

I can’t find my birth certificate and my step father left my mom, but still has health insurance. Can I stay on his plan without proving my date of birth?

MONDAY'S GREGALOGUE: DADDY GOT US A PONY!

So what did we learn this weekend? That the health care reform bill is such a big idea that it doesn't matter what's in it. It's such a big idea, in fact, that that's all those dopes voted for - the idea. Because they really don't know what's in the bill anyway. They couldn't have - it's 2,700 pages. This was, essentially, a "yes" vote on Shangri-la.

The argument was never about health care. It was about whether America can survive when strapped with another massive entitlement program, one in which we've been deceived about cost. Essentially Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama (Obamalosi, for short) looked at our crumbling economy, weighed down by three massive entitlement programs (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid), and thought: let's have a fourth. Let's go all in on unfunded entitlements.

The worst part? The lies. Seriously: How can anyone say this is going to save money?

I wanna show you a graph from Nick Gillespie's great piece at Reason.com

Check out the estimated cost of Medicare. 12 billion. Now check out its actual cost. 110 billion. They were only off by 900 percent.

Welcome to Greece, people. Jump in, the water's warm.

Let's look at all arguments for health care. First they tried to sell the thing on moral grounds. Didn't work. Then on efficiency grounds. Still didn't work. Then they switched to saving money. Thirty million new people to insure, and somehow they convinced themselves it'll save us money! Using the same logic, we should insure Canada too! We'd really be saving cash then!

Look - universal health care is a beautiful idea. But so is getting a pony for your fifth birthday.

When daddy argues with little Susie over that pony, she doesn't care about how they're going to afford the pony. She doesn't care if they have to mortgage the house to pay for the pony. She just wants that pony.

But see, daddy is supposed to know that. And daddy isn't supposed to actually buy the pony! And, most of all, he isn't supposed to tell everyone in earshot that it's cheaper having that pony - than having a car.

But he just did. And the media, and the Dems - fell in line like a classroom of five year old girls.

They didn't just buy the pony. They just bought the whole damn farm.

No problem. If I run out of money I’ll just steal it from the neighborhood Democrats. That’s how we do things in Obama’s America.

"Most doctors in this area are not accepting new patients"

That's what my Dr told me months ago - they will not take new patients and particularly Medicare as the payments are too low and slow.
