So we start paying for the monster up front - but the “benefits” don’t start for four years? Hmmm, who wants to bet the “benefits” don’t ever start for the middle class? We’re screwed - and dems have pushed it off so it won’t be totally known until after a few more elections. Moore’s an idiot.

what ever fatty moore... I was fine yesterday... and in the future (it helps that I run 15 mi./week and eat in moderation... with a few slips here and there when it comes to pizza and burgers and pasta).
this is a plain old-fashioned Democratic tax bill, disguised as a “health “ bill, designed to preserve and expand the jobs and benefits of the parasitic class in DC. Nothing more...nothing less. Yours and mine health care needs merely interfere with their career plans.
In 1995, I had a job. I had health insurance. I also had a car accident.
After 1 Million dollars, my insurance ran out.
My need for health care did not.
I went bankrupt. I lost what little I had, but I was alive. Today, after working hard, going back to school, and busting my butt, I am a psychologist working with people who have Developmental Disabilities and Mental Illness.
The thing is, this plan will force most of the people I support back into institutions under the lie that it saves money.
You see Mr. Moore, people who work in institutions belong to unions. Forcing people back into intuitions will save those union jobs. Just the same way that pulling the plug on me back in 1995 would have saved a couple of million.
I know you hate people, I've seen your work. But before you try and put across one more disgusting lie to the American people, be warned. There are a lot of satisfied customers out there. What your people did was dismantle a great system that saved my life. Pelosi, with her wicked witch grin, just sentenced a lot of helpless people to lives back in institutions, but she helped some union folks keep jobs.

Exactly right. And NONE of us, in fact no one in America, has ever been denied medical care. Most of us, when we get car, we do this thing we like to call PAYING FOR THE SERVICE. We don’t expect physicians, who worked their butts off in medical school, went through residencies and internships, to give us anything for free. And we don’t want the sub par services the govt wants to pay for either.
Oh and I imagine their going to put in a “lock box”? Like they did with all that SS money we paid in? You know, the money they used as a slush fund?? Yeah that’s what I thought.
The audience cheered and laughed at his superb wit - or something like that. He touched on an unspoken obquestion with a quick tripping voice. Oh, says Moore, Premier Williams should get a doctor up north next time. For it was Danny Williams, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, that went Stateside for something to do with a delicate heart operation. This in the last few months. I have one recomendation for Michael Moore. It is to consider the old country adage.
"The proof of the pudding is in the eating".
Oreilly and Bernie Goldberg are saying the “far” right are seeing this as a commie takeover and are going too far. They are basically saying everyone is overreacting. What kind of reality are THEY living in?
Fox is now owned by the Arabs, so Ted Baxter and his minions are just adapting to the new reality.
