Calling her a “nigger” = offensive and I’ll get in trouble.

Her calling me a “teabagger” = funny joke that should be repeated.

If one calls another a 'queer', that has been referenced as hate speech. The same can be said for the use of derisive terms such as 'nigger'.

Why is the calling of another a derisive term, "Teabagger" - which references people who orally suck a males scrotum not considered 'hate speech'? This is essentially, among normal people, a term which would considered extremely insulting and derisive. It looks like charges need to be filed and prosecutions take place.
