Just seven minutes after Obama signed the measure into law, Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum took the lead and filed the suit for his colleagues in court in Florida.

Sixty-five percent of Democrats are opposed to them. That statistic should be trumpeted around the country. Democrats are the Buy-My-Vote Party now, and the tentacles of Progressivism have enveloped them. The Republicans need to be Odyssean and reject the sirens of the Left. The sooner we get back to the Constitution, the sooner we return to prosperity.

Hate to say it but Obama will get a big bounce out of this and the HCR bill will become more popular - at least until people feel some real pain from it.
I honestly think most people are so tuned out that they literally know nothing about it. It is only the activists that care all that much either way. People like a winner, therefore The Kenyan and his healthcare bill will improve quickly in the polls. It was just bound to happen.

Conservatives have a task to show the public what they just got fed and what’s coming to get shoved down their throat later. Obama won a booby prize.

Hopefully all our eggs aren’t in the individual mandate. Like to see suits on all fronts.

Had to leave enough time for the ink to be fully dry. Wouldn’t want the suits thrown out on a technicality that the law was not in effect.

Seven minutes wasted! Maybe the courthouse was picking up the proceedings on tape delay. Maybe it took seven minutes to stop laughing at Joe Biden's latest gaffe.

I believe this is correct. The media will remain willing shills to everyone talking about what it’s doing for Mr. and Mrs. Precondition or Aunt NeverhadinsurancebutIgottabigscreenTV.
Unfortunately, this monstrosity is unlikely to go anywhere.
