Assuming it’s a real poll (and that they asked likely voters instead of adults) it’s a “they finally did something” bump. Like McCain’s post-convention bump, it will disappear. There will be another window, one which I assume will last past the next election, wherein people will continue to hate healthcare reform before they forget it exists.
USA TODAY is an msm member, and they are mostly the leaders of the WH Press Whores. Just be checking out the headlines from the past 2 days from that rag should give you more than an idea where they lean.
