I think the intent was to be "in your face" to the protesters.The politicians KNEW if they walked a gauntlet they would not be warmly received. Not being warmly received is a far cry from personal attacks. Never trust a democrat. My brother’s wife just left the DEMOCRAT PARTY after this health care debacle. The dems are going to see a drain on their party starting NOW.
