We need to remind each other of the importance of denying the enemy the pretext for martial law. That means not doing things without thinking through the consequences just because we can’t control our anger, and FILMING, FILMING, FILMING EVERYTHING WE DO, and broadcasting it. Also, filming everything THEY do, and broadcasting it. It’s going to be a long uphill battle. The media is against us, and this Administration’s objective, I am now certain, is to provoke a pretext for suspending the Constitution. This is going to call for an awful lot of hard, SMART work.

What constitutes an actionable “threat”— Woulda a really well thought out nasty email that focuses on a representatives hypocrisy and lies? Is that not fair game in any discussion, or is the mere effort to say— “no, you are wrong” considered a threat actionable by say, the FBI. The many examples of far greater ACTUAL threats of physical violence certainly constitutes actionable threats... and yet, nothing was done to these people. Someone legal on FR please comment. I think the greatest threat to these charlatans is that they will not be re-elected... and that threat, verbally made does NOT warrant extra security. Where is the security for someone threatened by SEIU thugs at a town hall...what happened there— proveable and real?
