Clinton pledges broader US effort on Mexico drugs gangs

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has pledged increased support for Mexico in the fight against drug gangs.

In Mexico as part of a high-level US delegation, she said more would be done to cut US demand for drugs and the flow of profits and guns into Mexico.

The gangs "are fighting against both of our governments", she said, adding that a broader effort would aim to tackle social problems fuelling the trade.

Discussions during the one-day visit are focusing on the Merida initiative, a $1.6bn US programme of aid aimed at fighting drug cartels.

Mrs Clinton said: "This new agenda expands our focus beyond disrupting drug trafficking organisations" to include "strengthening institutions, creating a 21st Century border, and building strong, resilient communities".

She added: "The recent downturn in economic growth and remittances has aided the drug traffickers in their recruitment of young people."

'Real deal'

Defence Secretary Robert Gates, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano are part of the US delegation.

"You rarely see this kind of meeting with this kind of array of cabinet officials on both sides, so I think it indicates this is the real deal," Ms Napolitano said.

Don’t forget... They will ban guns here in the US to please Mexico, while giving amnesty to their aliens.

“Don’t forget... They will ban guns here in the US to please Mexico, while giving amnesty to their aliens.”

That’s the plan, all their propaganda points to just that.

You’d think Hillary wouldn’t need Gates, Janet and the rest of the crew just to give away more of our tax $$$.

The only broader effort Hillary and Obama are making is the one to make illegals here in the USA, including Mexican drug runners, citizens in time for the 2010 vote. Say NO to amnesty and open borders.

Hillary, la Madrina dearest, remember it was your husband, the bushes and this administration’s combined efforts of fostering the new drug program out of South America, Central America and Mexico after President Reagan’s excellent job of forcing la Madrina Griselda Blanco’s operation out of Miami. Thank’s for your open borders, the 700 mile POS joke fence and all of your efforts to bring mexican illegals into mainstream America. Thanks Jeb Bush for teaching there and thanks to your Mexican wife for attempting to smuggle in $10k of undeclared goods and of course the tragedy of the narcotics in their daughter’s life. Enough of Mexico and their brand of terrorism.

Over and above the millions who violate our borders, 1.5 million legal foreign workers come to the US each year, as a matter of course.

But this number isn’t high enough for Dem Cong Gutierrez and his 92 co-sponsors. Their Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill includes a provision called “recapture” that will add up all the supposedly “unused” work visas since 1992 and issue them immediately.

This is a complete fraud, as all unused work visas are rolled over to the family reunification category the next year as it is.

Gutierrez' Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill will create 100,000 visas from countries that send the most illegal immigrants every year. According to the State Department, this will mean 550,000 new foreign workers.

AND GET THIS Mexico is the staging area for Third World and other illegals preparing to violate our borders. The Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill rewards Mexico b/c they calculatedly promote illegal immigration.

Gutierrez' bill will make it much easier for more illegal aliens to break in. Under the Bill, to prove they have jobs and were in the country BEFORE Congress passed amnesty, illegals are allowed to use stolen ID's, fake green cards, and fraudulent SS numbers....... without fear of prosecution.

Mexico facilitates the profitable staging area for global illegals to cross the border. Contrary to Obama’s claim that CIR bill will increase border security, it does just the opposite.........

<> it guts successful enforcement measures,

<>limits raids on illegal immigrants,

<> prohibits use of troops on the border,

<> replaces E-Verify used to ensure employers hire legal American workers,

<> overturns all state and local US laws that crackdown on illegal immigration,

<> abolishes 287(g) that allows local L/E and federal authorities to apprehend criminal illegals.

WHAT WE HAVE TO LOOK FOWARD TO.. Jesus Galvis is a licensed travel agent AND a notary public, who "provides" immigration papers, visas, and translations to Latinos in New Jersey. (ED and provides ID's many times over......to each invader.)

In the late 1980's, Mr Galvis held two US government jobs but was summarily dismissed as Treasurer at a Community College for improprieties with government scholarship money. Galvis wasn't charged, just dumped.

He is still a government employee----with a County Government Hispanic Committee.

He is also a former elected councilman. In 1998 Jesus Galvis, while holding elected office in Hackensack, NJ, ran a campaign for a senate seat in the Central America nation of Columbia.

Galvis planned to hold his US office and his Columbian office at the same time.

Mr. Galvis was asked in a newspaper interview whether he could represent his Hackensack constituents while spending time in Colombia. He said he would have been like a US Congressman with an office in his district and one in Washington. In each place, he said, "I would be representing Colombians in the United States."

UPDATE on Jesus Galvis, a city councilman in the US, who ran for office in central America. He was ousted from a comunity college job due to financial improprieties with government scholarship money (our tax dollars). He now works for the Sheriff's office.
