Lewis & Clark Law Professor to Challenge Senator Wyden
KXL News Radio ^

Posted on 03/25/2010 6:23:47 PM PDT by Clintonfatigued

After several years at the helm of the Lewis and Clark Law School, Republican James Huffman says he will run for U.S. Senate and try to unseat longtime Democrat Ron Wyden. Huffman says Wyden has supported corporate bailouts and the stimulus plan which have not helped create jobs and fix unemployment. Huffman acknowledges the race will be an uphill battle but is confident people are ready for change.

Professor Huffman made a respectable showing in a poll by Rasmussen and if there’s a good year to run underdog campaigns against entrenched Democrats, this is it.

Wyden is a fool. He was one of my kids High School teachers and we went round and round all the time. The kids had no respect for him at all.

It’s interesting that both candidates are teachers. I don’t suppose you’ve had any classes with Jim Huffman?

Every Democrat should be challenged. If we don’t fund them then it I’d we who deserve to lose. We have an opportunity the American people are awakening and most believe bigger giverment is not the answer.

Very famous lady graduated from Lewis and Clark(hint;she smokes cigars). Back to topic now...what kind of republican can we expect from the West Hills? And a lawyer at a law school to boot.

Sorry, don’t know Huffman. I think you’ll find that most politicians in Oregon are ex-teachers. That’s how they control things in the state.
