The law cannot be repealed later. This is also written into it somewhere in the middle third of the bill. (around page 1100)

The entire bill is written like a web that protects all the core provisions within itself. It will be about as easy as repealing Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare.

That provision is totally unconstitutional. One Congress cannot proscribe actions of a subsequent Congress. Just think about what that would mean. It nullifies elections.

Two points, the only thing that can bind future Congresses are Constitutional; Amendments. All other laws can be changed like this one can. So can Social Security...

The entire bill can be repealed. And all it’s web dismantled. Simple reason why, we go bankrupt.
