NBC Nightly News on “Showdown in Searchlight”

I really need you to read this email. Please – it’s critically important!

We urgently need you to join us in Searchlight, NV tomorrow (Saturday) and this email explains exactly why.

Last night NBC Nightly News joined dozens of other national & international news outlets to report on the upcoming “Showdown in Searchlight.” The whole world is watching – and I’m not exaggerating at all.

This is by far the biggest event in the tea party movement since Congress rammed through government-run heath care this past weekend. And as a result, everyone is waiting to see if the tea party movement is reinvigorated or if we’ve resigned ourselves to defeat. Here is what NPR had to say:

“This weekend will be critical for the Tea Party and conservatives,” says David Yepsen of Southern Illinois University’s Paul Simon Public Policy Institute.

And here was NBC Nightly News sending a correspondent to report from the rally site – 2 days before the rally even takes place:

"Showdown In Searchlight" Makes National Network News!

But it wasn’t just NBC and NPR. CNN-Headline News had this report:

Still don’t believe me that the whole world is watching?

Here’s a report from the Washington Times. Here’s the report from the Las Vegas Sun. And another report from the San Francisco Chronicle. And there’s a great report you must read from WorldNetDaily.

And there’s even more. Here’s the report from AOL News. And National Journal. I could go on and on… this is just the tip of the iceberg, but I hope by now you get the point.

We need you in Searchlight this Saturday (tomorrow). If you can get in your car and drive up, or hop on a plane, or take your motorhome or motorcycle, please please please join this historic effort.

Our team has worked so hard to make this event possible – backed by a coalition of dozens of national, state and local tea party and conservative organizations from ResistNet to AngerIsBrewing, our great friends at FreeRepublic and many more. We promise you it will be an incredible experience. It’s already being called potentially one of the largest such rallies in Nevada’s history. And it hasn’t even taken place yet.

The largest income producer in Searchlight is Prostitution (It’s legal). Without their houses of ill repute, it would be a dusty ghost town with some closed mines that operated a long time ago. Interesting that it has been chosen for a “showdown”. I figure after Harry Reid is driven from office he will be playing piano in the lobby of one of those “places”.

And NBC “managed” to find a couple of townspeople to interview who didn’t want the crowds there. No telling how much revenue this will bring to the area, but I guess that is a foreign concept to the libs.

The media has NEVER been interested in showing the tea parties. The fact that they are suddently wanting to report about it is troublesome to me. It tells me that
-they are expecting a small or non-existent crowd, otherwise they would not show it on tv
-WHY do they expect the crowd to be small unless they have been given a heads-up that something or someone is going to completely thwart the tea party. Perhaps a “right wing act of ‘terrorism’?” (actually performed by a Dem operative)
-Perhaps the tea party permit will be rescinded in the 11th hour due to someone allegedly uttering the dreaded “N” word!

I doubt if Reid has any ability to play the piano, perhaps he could work at a funeral home and be a cadaver model for caskets?

I support you guys 100%, but be ready for a bunch of Las Vegas union thugs with racist posters pretending to be Tea Party folks. And of course amazingly that will be the top story on the news. Imagine that, just a coincidence, of course.

The largest income producer in Searchlight is Prostitution (It’s legal).

You may be confusing Searchlight with Pahrump.

Prostitution is ILLEGAL in Searchlight and there are no brothels there. In fact, prostitution is ILLEGAL all over Clark County (but certain aspects of the trade are underenforced in Vegas).

Pahrump, however, DOES have legal brothels. But Pahrump is in Nye County, and that county allows it (though it is heavily regulated, naturally).

Were things different in the past? Possibly. But that's where it stands now.

DON’T ANYONE GO WITHOUT A CAMERA AND RECORDER.

ORGANIZERS DO NOT LEAVE THE MSM TO CHARACTERIZE THIS EVENT. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING ON VIDEO. NOTIFY ANY AND EVERY MEDIA OUTLET THAT ANY SLANDER WILL BE LITIGATED.

It’s been a long time since I was in that part of the country, but I remember my Dad and some of my uncles telling me tales of what went on in Searchlight. Whether it was legal or not, I don’t know.

My boyfriend and I are headed out tonight from Los Angeles. Look for us in the white panama hats. He’ll be pushing my wheelchair that is adorned with flags. We’re both Army vets. I can tell you first hand about government healthcare, the VA system.

Thank you for doing this! It will be a historic event, no doubt!

Hep! Hep!
Huzzah!

Oh, I’m sure some “business” still goes on there, but it’s all in the dark, so to speak, now. ;o)

Do some research and you will find that Little Harry has manipulated his way into many millions of dollars in land deals in and around the Vegas area.
When he was too scared to use his own name, he used friends and relatives to funnel the deals.
His name alone was able to change zoning laws to suit his needs and many other “ways and means” of making loot.

Harry won’t be needing a job. He has “capitalized” his position into a fortune.
