The formula is simple because it is driven by necessity.
Vote for the most conservative candidate in the primary.
Vote for any ‘R’ over any ‘D’ in the general.
If you have money or time to contribute give of both according to the above.

Can’t understand some idiots here. We need all the help we can get. It matters not who because we are about to totally lose our freedom and Country. Is that too hard to understand or are you just blind. Hopefully McCain will no longer be a Senator but to shoot down someone that has been on the floor recently and pounded the RATS I can’t understand your thinking. Oh, that’s right. Hated McCain so much you are the same that wouldn’t vote for him and either didn’t vote or wrote in someone. Thanks for King Obama. WE NEED ALL THE DAMN HELP WE CAN GET. It will be that close and when the RATS get organized again you just might have King Obama another term. Wake up!

Oh brother. Captain Rino is leading the repeal montra. How long after hes elected would he change back to supporting it? Two days? Three?Exactly. And he can't wait to cuddle up with Graham again after the election. McCain had a year to prove himself and instead he played Mr.Soft with Obama.

I like the way McCain is talking. I’m happy to see a Republican (any Republican) standing up to Barry’s health care bill.

JD should run ads with McCain saying that over and over and over again.
It would be the equivalent of the Crist-0bama man-hug that torpedoed Crist’s campaign in Florida.

When’s he going to “suspend” his campaign to “go back to Washington”?
To: ianschwartz
Geez, this guy is pathological, a veritable political Jekyl and Hyde! One minute hes' spouting nonsense about having to accomodate to the nonrepealability of Obastardcare, and the next talking about repealing it.

Whatever clown. You did nothing to stop it from being signed.
The only good thing about you is your choice for V.P. while you fiddled, acted silly and basically ran a limousine campaign.

No way in hell do I get behind Juan rino McCain. He is nuts. His preference to holding hands with the enemy is simply disgusting. He will be retired and hopefully fade into the sunset in the blink of an eye.
To: counterpunch
He can add the one about the Democrat party being a great party with find goals.
Someone should gift the campaign with a slew of these.

Mr McCain, put your money where your mouth is.
Get this bill repealed. Publicly and explicitly declare that it's an unconstitutional monstrosity. Openly create a powerful coalition and reach across the aisle to get it done, if necessary.
I doubt that you can. I doubt that you want to.
Either do something, or shut up.

Who has the best chance of winning against the Democrats. Thats right - John McCain. Sure, he has made some mistakes in the past. But the old days of bipartisanship are gone, long ago history with the way the Dems have been ramming through legislation. I dont think we have to worry about him being a RINO any more. Wow.
McCain makes a better Democrat than most Democrats. You're forgetting he brought us back from the brink of having several conservative justices? You're forgetting about the Amnesty bill we're still living under the threat of? How about campaign finance reform? Forgetting that too? These weren't mistakes-- they were on purpose!
Getting rid of McCain would be worth any half dozen Democrats we could get rid of, in my opinion-- if for no other reason than the gang of six will be five and leaderless.
