“If you want to battle against Palin”

Who is battling against Palin.....I thought this was a gathering of Liberty loving conservatives who were tired of the same old compromising politics.....

I’ve heard her say she is against the Democrats passing this Amnesty.

Will you all show up here when Sarah bashes the Democrats for Passing Amnesty?

Let me guess ... Palin is against amnesty but supports a 'path to citizenship'.

A lot of the problems in our country are systematic.

The way to change a system that is rotten is not to cater to the rotten parts of the system until you can change it. The way to change a rotten system is to call out the rotten parts and burn as you go. But you have to shine light on the rotten parts so that as you burn, the part of the public that understands what you are trying to do supports you because they understand why you are taking the approach you are taking.

In other words, don’t fear public opinion. Tell people the truth, tell them why you are doing what you are doing, and then unapologetically do it.

Its the opposite of what the Left does, and we need to show that distinction, not get bogged down in compromises. In the meantime all the compromises become public policy too. And then you look back and you are part of the problem. At that point, the system has sucked you into its corruption, and to make things better, you would need to first denounce yourself. Bad position to be in.

Wow. Sarah’s words are all McCain talking points.

I still like Sarah, but she’s turning to the dark side. She’s slowly warming to the notion that, somehow, law-abiding Americans are second-class citizens to law-breakers. What a shame.

When I said, she as much as said she would endorse JD if he won the primary, I was reading between the lines. To me that is basically what she said. It`s a done deal that she WILL endorse JD if he pulls it off, you and I both know that. I am not suggesting you would think other wise.

I hope JD does win! Then we will see Sarah first in line to endorse him. The Tea party is staying neutral on this for the most part out of respect for Sarah.

That is, I will probably be done with her if she campaigns for him in the primary against a more conservative candidate.

That is an exception for President Free Money. Employers of illegal aliens are protected by all other political dogs too. Those who employ illegals are citizens who flout our laws and undermine our security and economy. I don’t see giving them a pass.

So basically you support McCain? Have you not noticed his huge RINO horn?

you grant amnesty and you can say sayanora Jeffer-Hamil-Washingtonian America...it will be the end of a non socialist USA

I agree. I just don't see any other way of it. 5 million more Dem voters would probably be enough to secure all future Presidential elections. 10 million or more and most states would never elect a Pubbie to the U.S. House or Senate again. That means a lock step march for the leftist agenda just like we saw with HCR.

Holy smokes,! DO, that list is as long as mine or the one I grabbed from someone else in 2000 and it looks like it's entirely composed of different articles, sources and points. Unless you culled that from calcowgirl's research there exists yet another body of dirt on McCain that exceeds all of that put together.

calcowgirl did an amazing amount of research too. For some reason she stopped posting in June of '09. I'm a little worried about that. She was digging into some very serious corruption.

But what does it take for people to reject McCain? The article titles alone, listed in size 12 font, of his perfidy would fill 10 sheets of printer paper.

“That is, I will probably be done with her if she campaigns for him in the primary against a more conservative candidate.”

I have no issue with that statement as I have said and still mean that if he wins the nomination, I will vote (reluctantly) for Mitt Romney. In the primary I will fight like hell to ensure that I never have to cast that vote.

As each of you knows, socialism can’t be sold on its own merits because it’s a worthless junk of an ideology.

You're absolutely right. It has to be cloaked in a false face of conservatism ... like McCain. And sold to us by someone we put our trust and hope in ... like Sarah Palin.

Thanks. I’m not sure what happened to CalCowGirl. I just sent her a note to see if she’s around. I would tend to doubt it though. Too bad.

Look, I think we have to realize we are not here alone. Conservatives have a lot of moderates and leftists joining them here to muddy the waters. You can count on that.

I see proof of that daily.

Good, I might send her a private message too. I hope her absence is entirely voluntary and innocent but she was digging into some very serious stuff.

I agree there is an awakening going on. We are at the 11th hour though IMO.
