“I was liberal too until I was about 25. I examined my beliefs and realized just how they made no logical sense. In every instance liberalism leads to human misery. I can’t think of an exception.”

I have had the same experience. I suspect those who have not matured in the same way have stopped maturing emotionally. But then again I am no psychiatrist. Just my experiences and relatives to witness.

Any practical use of the bell curve illustrates conservatives are far more intelligent. The welfare state recipients have an avg IQ of roughly 82, and are overwhelmingly liberal.

Yes I think you’re right. When you are a child so many things are “unfair”. As you mature normally you realize that LIFE isn’t fair, no matter how much we may “wish” it to be. Liberals are eternally 6 year olds mentally. Unfortunately they are running the show now. It is refreshing when the adults (conservatives) are in charge, because they ignore the spoiled brats.

Hey, The One. Yes you, Obama, the Genius. I want to see your High School GPA, your SAT scores, your Occidental and Columbia Transcripts, (did you actually go to Columbia for 4 years?), your LSAT scores, (did you take the LSAT? My son had to, did you?), and your Harvard Law transcripts. Pony up! Can't? I thought so. . .

The old adage that ignorance is bliss didn’t take into account the ignorant fools who think they are more intelligent than anyone else. They live in a hell on earth of their own design.

but how can someone (BHO) think that if an insurance company cannot turn down someone with a preexisting condition that insurance premiums will go down?

How can someone thing insuring preexisting conditions is insurance at all?

Yes, it would. And the way Obummacare will work is that there will be no incentive for some people to take care of themselves. Aning for it. And they rest of us will be be paying for it.

I just want to know how exactly they are going to arrest people who refuse to buy insurance? For instance, there are people in downtown Seattle known as “homeless.” Are they going to get arrested? Because even with the “subsidy” (where the government takes your money to help pay their premium), no way those folks are going to have “health insurance.”

Maybe that is where we went wrong. Spoiled brats need to be spanked. LOL.

Correction: the stat above re. “42 institutions received a D or F for requiring two or fewer subjects” applies to core subjects. See http://townhall.com/columnists/WalterEWilliams/2009/08/26/what_will_they_learn

Liberals aren’t smart enough to figure out that their stupid theories don’t work...and they are nuts because they keep doing the same things over, and over, and over trying to make people richer and only succeed in making others poorer.

I’ll not dive into such an argument; however, it’s no secret that Republicans, as a party, are dumber than mud when it comes to politics and values.

“Liberals Are More Intelligent Than Conservatives”

Indeed? Then is Harry Reed is more intellgent than Rush Limbaugh?

He couldn’t even gather up the courage (or the intellect) to debate him when Rush challenged him to do so.
