I just want to know how exactly they are going to arrest people who refuse to buy insurance? For instance, there are people in downtown Seattle known as “homeless.” Are they going to get arrested? Because even with the “subsidy” (where the government takes your money to help pay their premium), no way those folks are going to have “health insurance.”
