I looked into opting out of SS a number of years ago. They didn’t make it easy if I remember correctly. The church had to be formed before such and such date or it had to be a certain church.

I don’t remember all of the details now.

I thought about that yesterday...today I’m thinking I’m going to bypass becoming Amish and look into becoming Australian instead...

These three orgs I believe may qualify for the exemption. One Freeper has told me good things about the first one, Samaritan Ministries. I believe one of the rules is that the health sharing org has to have been operating since 1999. It is the same rule that exempts the Amish.
