Do you also get used to all the weeds on your farm, or???

Obama is here for 3 more years. Rather then get caught up in something that makes me look reactionary, I will be getting signs up for the re-pub. running for Baird's seat.
As for the weeds, I hope you were actually interested because if you get me onto this subject I can talk your ear off.
Yes and no. Cows are on the land I have not yet planted with apples, (Just finished planting 50 more trees) so they keep those areas weed free.
As for the weeds in the orchard, the flowering ones provide pollen for the wild bee population, so the have something to eat year round. I will be letting the grasses and clovers grow long under the trees next year to keep the tarnish insects in the understory, rather then attacking the apples. This year I am planting clover under them, this will keep the weeds down and supply a lot of pollen.

So in short, No weed issues outside of the vegies.
