The President of the US has qualifications which must - MUST - be met as detailed in the US Contstitution, not some bendable qualifications for CEO or president of a business corporation.
It is not a valid comparison.
In any case even if we impeach a president his actions still stand. It is pure delusion to think a removal of Obama under any circumstances would void any laws he signed.
