Is that the F-15I? Looks like there might be some saddlebags for extra fuel and the wing tips seem different.

Yes, that's the F-15I Ra'am (Hebrew = thunder), an Israeli variant of the Strike Eagle.

It has 2 CFTs and can carry three 600 gal drop tanks and up to ~17000 lb of ordnance, twice that of the B-24 Liberator.
