Be careful here, say the wrong thing and you loose your license to free speech on free republic.
The First Amendment does not protect your license to speak on FreeRepublic.com. That license is given by Jim Robinson, who as owner of the site does rightfully have a First Amendment right to speak on this site. "Your" speech is actually his speech, as long as he permits you to post.
