AFAIK, Muslim terrorists generally tend to go after civilians rather than members of the security apparatus. This is more like an armed revolt than terrorism.
Actually, whatever the Hutaree were up to is still really unknown. Hopefully more will be made clear. We have read they were planning to kill some cops, they were planning a reconnaissance in Kentucky, CAIR and other Muslim groups say they were planning to kill Muslims... who knows? Selling pipe bombs that are now called WMD??
It remains to be seen what the truth is.
