Bopp and Colson are basically saying with the Personhood Amendment that Justice Kennedy might not overturn Roe v. Wade.

On the other hand, the Thomas More Law Center believes that the Georgia Human Life Amendment might be a better approach...

I believe that is the short of it.

But reading these memos is something pro-lifers probably should do.
