These jerks are very likely anti-authority, "government Anarchists for hire" who, among other things, wish the downfall of this country regardless of who's in charge ... and many of them likely call the Portland-area home. Why waste money on airfare flying to some G20 Conference in foreign country when you can “stick it to the man” in your own backyard?! Hell, this might even be a training event for new inductees.
