AMA...AARP...same thing. Both misrepresent.
If those doctors are WHITE and use TANNING BEDS, they have Legal Standing in that regard as well, as the new ObamaCare tax scheme unfairly discriminates against them ...

Question for the legal experts out there: If all the various state and other legal challenges were filed in different Federal court jurisdictions, would not that enhance the need for the SCOTUS to take it up more quickly?
Isn’t congressman Raul G. a MeCHA type?
Win or lose all these lawsuits, one profession that will not be hurt by Obamacare is the lawyers.
I saw a headline that the VA is suing as well. Can they do that???
A large group of doctors from New Jersey is suing as well.
They already did. VA AG Ken Cuccinelli filed within minutes of O signing it. He is going through the N VA District Court aka the rocket docket because cases move quickly.
I’m wondering when the Hospitals will start sueing.
When the nurses start finding THEIR premiums start to go through the roof, will they still run for photo-ops at the WH. Oh that’s right, when they call the WH, no one will be available for them to talk to.
aren’t seat belt laws and car insurance requirements a matter of state law?
I didn't even think about the racial aspect of it. How interesting (and upsetting)...!
Certainly doctors who own hospitals - or are building hospitals should have standing to sue as well since there are unbelieveable constraints on them being allowed to expand medical services.
The only way for SCOTUS to take the case is if it moves up thru the lower courts first. The problem with this strategy of multiple lawsuits is that eventually one of the lower courts will rule Obamacare constitutional, thereby validating it and giving it legitimacy.
I would not be surprised if some liberal groups bring suit against Obamacare with hopes that the courts validate the legislation.
There may be a disconnect here. Both of you referred to “VA” but did one of you refer to “Virginia” and one of you to “Veterans Administration?” Or am I the only one confused?
Soon all the doctors and nurses in this country will leave.
I meant Veterans Adm.
Listen to Judge Napolitano on health care and freedom of speech.

I think we all should sue.
“Soon all the doctors and nurses in this country will leave.”
There are a lot of liberal doctors and nurses out there, and they love socialism and 0HAHA’s $crew America faux health care bs.
