“Isn’t congressman Raul G. a MeCHA type?”

He is 100% La Raza and 100% against America as we know it as per the La Raza rating on him:

Project Vote Smart - Representative Raúl M. Grijalva ...
2007 In 2007 National Council of La Raza gave Representative Grijalva a grade of 100. ... Grijalva supported the interests of the National Council of La Raza ...

Until they actually have to live it.

Raul Grijalva is not only a LaRaza and 100% against America, he is dumb as a stump.

His little tantrum is one of the ideas that are being used in the lawsuits AGAINST O’s care.

Actually, they think that they will be in charge of the SEIU thugs as they supposedly provide care for us.

What is your point? There is no law that says you must buy or own an automobile.
No offence/malice intended.

Yes, in fact, this would have the IMPACT, if not the INTENT, of racial discriination, in that the law has a disparate impact on light-skinned people because dark-skinned people do not use tanning beds.

I will consider suing on behalf of any Floridian who wants to foot the bill. FReepmail me.

State auto insurance laws are “apples” and the requirement in the new federal legislation for citizens to buy medical insurance is an “orange”. Driving on public highways is a privilege, so having liability insurance makes sense. (Some of the restrictions are of dubious constitutionality, in my opinion.)

In contrast, the care of you own body is your own business. If you don’t get recommended surgery, for example, you would do no physical harm to anyone else but yourself. You have a right to life and liberty. Congress does not have the authority to require you to buy any product. If it did, the next thing on the horizon might be a requirement that you take certain vitamins or get a flu shot, or pay a fine, just because the federal government thinks the vitamins or the flu shot serve the “general welfare”.

The bill does not mandate that anyone in this country enroll in the new exchanges—it only mandates that you must buy insurance, notes Fox News analyst James Farrell.

This has been misrepresented because probably no body really read and or understood the language.

So if I can buy outside the exchange how does that keep costs down? The exchange seems like an exercise in futility

Right off the bat I think the cut in Medicare will be even more injurious to the elderly.

We were talking about the challenges showing up today and I heard two more I hadn’t heard of yet.

Makes me wonder how many exactly there are. Can someone here compile a list of who and where filed?

I know already about the one in Pensacola.
