Guests for the first show include country singer Toby Keith, rapper/actor LL Cool J and Jack Welch. Get excited.

As I said, it's just my guess Joe...I wanted her to do it when she resigned.

I think she could gain many supporters overseas, she could get better press than she does here, she could learn and make friends, she could charm the socks off many with her grit and common sense. Having world leaders, government officials, and various orgs speak out on her behalf would be a good strategy.

But, she also needs $$ to run, so maybe that is what she is up to.

I like her a lot, but I can’t figure out the TV series gigs.

What did Reagan do between losing to Ford in ‘76 and running again in ‘80?

I’m going to get real tired of libs_kma real fast if he starts posting stinking vapid comments on every Sarah Palin thread.

Like there’s not enough of that on FR already.

you got to realize that Sarah Palin is a great fan of Ronald Reagan, and has studied how he set about winning in 1980.

I liked the way she copied his "I quit" thing as governor. Very Reaganesque.

I really can't think of any first time president who prepared for their first run by touring foreign countries with speaking engagements. Barak 0bnama sure didn't. Neither did Bush, or Clinton or Jimmy Carter.
However, Sarah Palin has already given speeches at Hong Kong and in Canada, and I am sure you are going to see her speak in even more countries after the November elections.

Do you notice the lack of the “palin is our only hope” crowd? I think that maybe the veil is lifting from their eyes.

Maybe she has concluded that letting her rivals...Romney, Pawlenty or Ron Paul, get flattened by Hussein in 2012..is the right strategy.

Maybe she is waiting until 2016.

Yes, a career that Palin has patronized and will continue to do. Now, I will, too. I think he’s also on one those CSI or some other type of crime drama shows.

She will be doing a show on a news network involving a medal of honor winner and Toby Keith, the star who singly is probably most supportive of troops in combat. How in the heck is that embarrassing. It’s something we could use a heck of a lot more of.

You are so ready and quick to condemn, you don’t even pay attention to the details.

I think she made it clear that she doesn’t want to run for office....she just wants to be a spokesperson for Conservatism.

I think she’s done as a politician and I liked her and had high hopes. Oh well. Next!

Where in the heck do you get that idea? She is a leading spokesperson for the conservative and tea party movements, is the most hated consrvative by Democrats adn has a very successful PAC. Pay attention, Sarah is the loudest bark in the yard now. When she barks, the other dogs take notice.

All of the men you mentioned were given vast amount of respect and good press before they ran for President. Whether they deserved it or not.

Unfortunately she has to think differently, outside the box.

And I think she could make a vast difference with her rivals if she would get very serious while abroad, and maybe even do some charity stuff there too.

She needs to poll good with American women, and they love that stuff. Sarah with troops, showing off her tomboy traits, Sarah with 3rd world children, Sarah giving speeches to Think Tanks, Business roundtables, Sarah meeting with Israeli leaders, going hunting with others.....

Sarah tough...Sarah soft.....Sarah with common sense.

Yeah, I get the exposure mantra - for someone who wants to be a journalist, which is where she started out of college, right? Too much exposure in politics is a bad thing though. It just gives the left more soundbytes to use negatively.

You couldn't be more wrong. Sarah's main problem was that she was defined by the media. People only heard or saw what the media was willing to present. She has now taken control of her exposure. She appears in positive environments. She is building a searchable policy reference with her facebook writings. She is a big time star and draw when she does speaking engagements. Through all of this she has been in control. The left has gotten very little new material to use. It is hard to misrepresent her to someone who saw the actual event .

He (LL Cool J) does a good job.

I think he does well on the show, too. In fact, I think the Los Angeles version of NCIS has eclipsed the original, which IMO has jumped the shark this year.
