Yes, I have a friend, who when we travel, has to eat there. I go with him. It has very very good food at good prices. Actually, I’d prefer it not be changed since I know it pisses somebody off somewhere, and I just like that somehow...it’s also a shame about Sambo’s - a perfectly good name with a beginning that probably had nothing to do with its made-up connotation.

Sambo referred to a boy in India - story written somewhere around 1890’s or so. The motif inside was all about that story, nothing at all to do with slavery or Blacks in the US.
