SAN DIEGO (AP) -- A civil rights group says two mentally disabled immigrants who spent several years in federal detention are being released to their families in Southern California.
The American Civil Liberties Union says immigration officials will release Guillermo Gomez-Sanchez and Jose Antonio Franco-Gonzalez on Wednesday from a San Diego facility.

Aren’t all criminals somewhat mentally unstable? Maybe we should release them all?

Why is competence an issue at a deportation hearing (it’s a frikkin’ status offense)? And paranoid schizophrenics kill people. At least they’ll be safe in California, since there’s no CCW law.

I was just reading an article about McCain appearing in AZ.
He actually said this:
“President Reagan granted amnesty to two million people and that was wrong,” McCain said.

I believe this senile, corrupt quisling will toss any of us under the bus, just like he just did Reagan. 2 million is wrong...but 20 million is fine???? But then, McLame insists he doesn’t want amnesty!

Unfortunately, a lot on here do support McCain....especially those who defend Sarah Palin supporting McCain over JD Hayworth.....they wont admit it.....but they do support McCain. And, believe him when he makes statements that are totally contrary to his voting record

Yes, a many of them also support amnesty. The same people we’ve been fighting for 10 years over this and it’s getting OLD. AND damn dangerous.
