Under the plan, businesses with 25 or fewer employees with average annual wages of less than $50,000 will receive tax credits this year if they provide health care coverage to their workers. I keep seeing this trotted out as a Plus for HCR.
Can anyone one explain to me if this is BS or not? What does this actually look like for the small business owner in the real world?
