So... what, the author is advocating that everyone in Washington dress in leather and studs?
To: ReagansRaiders
So I ask this writer, “What are the Republican Party’s principles,” such that a bondage-themed restaurant can’t possibly go against them?
Also, what’s wrong with donors individually choosing to defund the GOP based on what they know? Finally, what’s wrong with the GOP trying to keep those donors by “unpaying” the expense?
Get real.

Dominatrixes for Dole might have helped Bob Dole win the presidency in 1996. I think Bob already had that constituency (ahem) locked up.

So where is the news that DNC spent $10,000.00 at Josephines strip club and expensed it? No mention of ever returning it either.

If members of the RNC want to grease up the Doberman and play all night on their own dime there is nothing I can or particulary want to do about it. But If they do it using my money you can bet your life they will never see another dime from me. I don’t make a lot of money and can only send in small contributions and when I do this it means I have to cut back somewhere (and, yes, I have sent the RNC money in the past). So I don’t want the money spent on anything other than things that directly relate to the campaign to defeat the leftists and not on joy rides or lavish parties or limos or private jets or whores. If the RNC is made up of people too stupid or degraded to understand this then I am all too willing to deny them any further support. Until the RNC can prove they have cleaned up their act any contributions I make in the future will go directly to candidates and the RNC can go pound sand.

This whole uproar is just plain silly and I think the GOP is making a big mistake here. The Republican Party must seek to broaden its reach without betraying its own principles. So long as no laws or marital vows are being broken, then what happens between consenting adults is no one elses business.
I wholeheartedly support the "consenting adults" thing when it comes to private citizens in their own homes, but that's not what this is about. People are donating money to the Republican Party to combat the blatant socialism being imposed on this nation by the Democrats. Conservative candidates who could work to repeal not only ObamaCare but roll back the federal government in general are starving for campaign funds while RNC members party with donor funds in strip clubs, squander donated money on private jets and bask in luxury at the Four Seasons. Totally irresponsible and frivolous, and symptomatic of why Republicans lost Congress in the first place.

It is most disturbing to learn that such sleazy people work within the National Republican Committee! No wonder it is losing members left and right.....well right anyway!
