This is complete and utter BS. AP needs to get its facts straight.’ In PA a child can stay on a parent’s insurance plan until age 31, NJ and NY are also 31. Wisc i think is 28.Several are 27
In fact nearly all states allow children on their parent’s insurance until 25. I am not sure if there is a state that doesn’t
The LIES MSM keeps on telling are vile
here is a link with states and ages
http://www.ncsl.org/default.aspx?tabid=14497
Pa:2009 SB 189 states that an unmarried child may remain on parent’s insurance up to age 30 if they have no dependents and are residents of PA or are enrolled as full-time students
Edit, I thought it was through age 30, it is TO age 30 but that doesn’t change AP’s lie
When my youngest graduated from college in ‘97 he was on his own healthcare-wise. He could no longer be included on our plan. Until he found his first job, he purchased short term insurance which i don’t think is possible any longer. We’re in MA.
