If that is a dare I think most of us will take him up on it. According to Gallup’s poll today him being so cocky isn’t going over very well with anyone when 50% say he will be a one term President.

Would have to have a veto proof majority to repeal it. However, the GOP could merely starve it to death if they controlled the House. They need to run on the platform of “We don’t have the money to afford this.”

Repeal and start over. There is a useful infrastructure in place. We have to gut out all of the unecessary Obozo controls and restore most of it to the private sector.

The math is pretty simple. If Republicans win the majority in both houses this November, then they can pass a bill to repeal it, but they’re not likely to have enough votes to override the Obama veto.

That doesn’t mean for a moment they shouldn’t vote to repeal. They should. The victory of that battle will be more powerful than the loss the failure to override will be.

Just do it.
