Yep. Now they don’t give you a chance to correct it; you’re automatically ‘guilty’ and they mean to see you in jail. [I do believe that a handgun-ban, should it come, will be preceded by making huge groups of people ‘felons’ ... imagine a felony for, say, letting your car registration or now-mandatory health-insurance expire.]
No need....some states all it takes is a midemeanor domstic violence or even a just restraining order.
