This is the warped, sick thinking that comes from a major news source in this country today. For those of you who do not know, some depraved gang bangers did a drive by in DC a few days ago and this weird Toles thinks it's the guns' fault.

Uh, violent crime in DC FELL since firearms restrictions were relaxed. You’d think someone who works for a paper would know that.

Toles is the arrogant Beltway leftist POS who replaced the equally leftist POS Herblock at the Compost, when the latter finally did the planet a favor and died of advanced geezerhood. May Toles be equally as gracious, but not wait a century to do it.

Youd think someone who works for a paper would know that. What they "know" is not necessarily what they'll admit to.

Hey Tom Toles...tell ya what. If you don't like me having guns, why don't you come take them away from me? No, don't send the police or the military to do your work for you. Have the courage of your convictions and come take 'em yourself.

The cartoonist must be smoking something and not sharing. Everyone knows you are supposed to shoot back, that’s why the shooting doesn’t start. Obviously this gnat licker has absolutely no clue and has watched too many movies with Arnold in them.

At least three have already been arrested in connection to that heinous shooting. On of the suspects was described by
local media as...
"A 14-year-old boy, with nine convictions since 2005, is being held in a juvenile facility. D.C. Superior Court Family Court Judge Elizabeth Wingo described the boy as a danger to himself and others and a flight risk.
I'm guessing tomorrow's cartoon won't focus on the fact that all three suspects were in violation of EXISTING gun control law, as well as all possessing lengthy criminal records which would ALSO legally preclude them from buying, owning or possessing firearms.
Even the idiot Mayor, Fenty, gets it right when he criticizes the US ATTORNEY of DC when he says in the same media account..
"On Thursday, D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty voiced his concerns over the U.S. Attorney's Office's failure to issue an arrest warrant for Orlando Carter in connection with another shooting on March 22. Police believed Orlando Carter played a role in the shooting death of Jordan Howe. "If we would have taken what the police department said as true, we would've been able to bring somebody off the streets who at least had a very major role in one of our deadliest shootings ever," said Fenty, who left his family vacation to return to D.C."
In other words, it's Eric Holder's fault, and by extension, Barack Obama' fault - not the Supreme Court.

All you gun toting rednecks should be ashamed. Look how well strict gun control works in elimanating violence and murder in say ..... our neighbors to the south. Those peaceful and sleepy towns like Tijuana and Ciudad Juarez benefit immeasurably from strictly controlled gun ownership.

Wow - first conviction at 8 years old!
On the first offense I would have said he was a “poor miss-guided youth”. Now - not so much.
