California Atty. Gen. Jerry Brown said in a report Thursday that the community organizing group ACORN engaged in "highly inappropriate behavior" in the state but violated no criminal law.

Brown's office launched an investigation of ACORN's California operations at the request of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger last September after the release of videos that appeared to show ACORN employees advising people about how to engage in prostitution and other other illegal activity.

This statement should disqualify him as a gubenatorial candidate.

Yeah, nothing the Dems ever do is illegal or criminal. But not to worry, it’s all for our own “good”.

Just run an ad showing the tape of Acorn assisting the importation of underage girls into the US as prostitutes and then flash to Brown saying not illegal, just inappropriate...then let the people decide.

Why does this surprise anyone? Jerry Brown has always been part of the same revoutionary socialist power structure that spawned Obama. When he was Governor he named a Black Panther lawyer to oversee all CA judicial appointments. He was wired directly into the Panther structure in Oakland. At the time the Panthers were being investigated for several murders among other criminal activities.

If Brown is re-elected Governor in CA he'll help Obama consolidate the Marxist takeover of America that began in Berkeley in the 1960s as a march through American institutions. It's all legal. Americans have been stupid enough to actually elect these people.

In October 2009, after the AG announced their criminal investigation, ACORN San Diego went on a massive document dump:

Obstruction of justice and spoilation of evidence are criminal acts.
