The interesting thing about all this percentage payment of the bills, there doesn't seem to be any system, or pattern. I chose to go to my reg doc instead of the work comp dr, and they are paying him 100%. I was going to pay the difference if they didn't. I wouldn't be able to go back. With the headaches they have caused the girls in the office.
